I was born and raised  in Gonaïves, Haiti and came to the United States as a teenager to go to school and study health care. Over the years I have compiled a few traditional Caribbean cake recipes and made them  into my own style. I started out baking for fun  for friends, family, and coworkers until they recommended I started selling my cakes. 

From the comfort of my own home, I have made various kinds of cakes in various sizes for birthdays, graduations, reunions and more. I  enjoy making cakes with love and care to put smiles on people's faces and a tickle in their hearts.
